At Arts First, we believe in the power of art to transform lives and build community. Our vibrant programs, from filmmaking class to ballet classes, are made possible by the passion and dedication of volunteers like you.
Whether you have a few hours a week or can offer a specific skill, your contribution is invaluable. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us bring art and creativity to everyone.
We need volunteers for:
- Write Grants: Help us secure vital funding to continue and expand our programs.
- Clean Studio: Keep our creative spaces welcoming and organized.
- Wash Clothes: Assist with laundry for costumes, props, or general needs.
- Help with Performances: Support front-of-house, backstage, or setup for events.
- Sew: Contribute your sewing skills for costumes, backdrops, or other projects.
- Weld: If you have welding experience, assist with fabrication for installations or props.
- Help Move: Lend a hand with transporting equipment, supplies, or installations.
- Have Pickup Truck: Offer your vehicle for transporting larger items.
- Teach Classes: Share your expertise by leading workshops or assisting instructors.
- General Admin Support: Helping with office tasks, data entry, or answering phones.
